So how much meat do you get from a whole hog?

Here is an example of how much meat you will get from a whole hog order:
Keep in mind you pick the cuts you want this is just an example......This is an order we filled last month.

30 lbs Ground pork (30 1lb packages)
15 lbs Bacon(15 1lb packages)
2 lbs Ham Hock (2 hocks)
2 lbs Tenderloin (2 Tenderloins)
5 lbs Ribs (2 spare ribs and 2 baby back ribs)
15 lbs Pork Chops (8 packages depending on how many to a package this person got 4 to a package)
30 lbs Ham (2 hams)
30 lbs Roast (10 3lb roasts)

This person did not get sausage but any of this could be ground up for sausage or the ground pork could be sausage.
